1. General Terms and Conditions

Bajiee is an online gaming and betting platform licensed and regulated by international gaming authorities. By using Bajiee services you agree to abide by these terms and conditions which may be updated from time to time. Bajiee reserves the right to change, modify, or update these terms at any time without notice. Modified terms will take effect immediately upon posting on the Bajiee website.

3.3 Bet Settlement

• All sports bets are settled based on the official result from the relevant sports governing body
• Bajiee may re-settle if the result changes after the initial settlement
• Bajiee's decision is final in any dispute regarding bet settlement
• Settled winnings are instantly added to your Bajiee account balance

3.4 Match Postponed or Cancelled

If a match or event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, Bajiee will settle bets according to the relevant sport's rules. Generally, if the match is not rescheduled within 48 hours of the original start time, all bets will be voided and stakes refunded. For live betting, if a match is cancelled after it has started, Bajiee will determine settlement based on how much play has occurred. 4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Bajiee supports all popular payment methods in Bangladesh and provides fast, secure deposit and withdrawal facilities. You can only deposit and withdraw to your Bajiee account using payment methods in your own name. Use of third-party payments is strictly prohibited and such transactions will be cancelled. 10. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the Bajiee resolution you may file a complaint with an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service or our regulatory authority. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Curaçao and any legal dispute shall remain under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao.
